ORTLIEB BACK-ROLLER FREE QL3.1 Pannier Bag

The BACK-ROLLER FREE QL 3.1 pannier from ORTLIEB features the handy, self-locking ORTLIEB Quick-LOCK3.1 system to attach it to the rear rack. With it, the bag can be hooked on even more conveniently and quickly. Simply position the bag on the lower mounting point, move it towards the rack and swivel it in from the left or right. The mounting hooks lock automatically when they are hooked in – and unlock automatically when the bag is lifted.

The highlight: The special thing about the ORTLIEB “FREE” collection is that it is a great alternative to products containing PVC without changing the familiar look. All “FREE” bags are made of a fabric that is coated with polyurethane on both sides – no PVC needed.

• In order to reach protection standard IP64 (6=dustproof, 4=resistant to wheel spray coming from all directions), the roll closure must be folded down 3-4 times and fixed at the bottom.

Highlights & Technologies:

QUICK-LOCK3.1:
With this mounting system, the main supporting elements are permanently fixed to the luggage rack. Thus, there are no large, protruding hooks on the back of the bag, which improves comfort.
The QL3.1 mounting system allows for quick and easy attachment of the pannier. Simply position the bag on the lower mounting point, move it towards the rack, swivel it in from the left or right and securely attach it to both mounts on top. Removing the bag is just as quick and easy: Simply lift the bag by the handle and simultaneously swing it either to the left or to the right, done!
• Comfortable single-handed operation
• Automatic locking and release of the hooks when lifting the bag by the carrying handle
• Direct mounting possible on luggage racks with integrated QL3/QL3.1 attachment
• Lower hook can be rotated 360 degrees (in 24 steps of 15 degrees each) for individual adaptation to a wide variety of luggage racks with tube diameters of up to 14 mm
